the inner self knows mars retrograde is over.

didn't set timer. just meditated till i'm ready to get up, or, more accurately, i want to get up.

definitely feel a little more at ease today. yesterday afternoon hwubby said, i felt something lifted in meditation, and i remember my ayurvedic astrologer say this is the time when mars retrograde is over.

i have no idea what that means but i could just feel a deep and real sense of relief within, like letting out a long, satisfying sigh, and knowing that i have understood something to the root cause level.

i see that the inner self is very much tuned in to the way of the cosmos. i have to recognize that because of my steady efforts i have uncluttered and cleared a lot within so i do have a pretty clear connection to the inner self. i'm not saying it's 24/7. but i'm definitely a long way from tuned out and, in the words of hwubby, you're not listening.

grandeur of the universe within. 45m + 15m

it feels really nice to watch the aum sound roll out in high notes, low notes and between. the extended resonance hum and buzz and roam in the boundless universe within when all of a sudden i see this spectacular and wild light show burst into my awareness. i watch in awe the grandeur of the inner universe. i'm kind of like this penguin standing totally still in the deep of the polar winter with swathes, swipes and swirls of gorgeous lights of heavenly hues dance around it against the pitch black cosmos.

i watch the feeling of awesome contentment permeate my entire being which is spacious, open and throbbing with vibrancy. the mind, in silence, reflects all this in a beautifully pure manner.

without a doubt i hold within this body the source of all insights, courage, strength and so much more. it's a fantastic cosmos. and i own it. free and clear. how to keep it? free and simple. i meditate.

seeing stars in unexpected places. 38 m + 38 m

hwubby says, go look out the window, the sunrise.

it's frigid outside. who knew we could have a view of sublimely delicate dawn colors from a comfy bed in a nice and warm room?

equally unexpectedly the gray cityscape is dotted with stars. they are lights from several offices. but from this simple eye they are just as twinkly and sparkly.
